Date: The end of March
Wrestlemania 21 just finished. It was pretty good. Main event could've been better. Oh well.
Other than that, I have great news! I've just been promoted to General Manager of RAW! I'm ecstatic! Even the boss said he would hold a celebration!
But Mr McMahon has a weird way of celebrating things. He said that after Wrestlemania, both brands will draft new rosters. Oh, and a heap of WWE legends are going to return to be part of the draft.
This just feels so surreal, I mean it's just like I'm playing a game of WWE SmackDown vs Raw 2007!
Anyways, I have to end this entry a bit short. I've gotta think of strategies for this draft. Who's my first pick? Argh!
Sincerely, RAW GM

DRAFT IS OVER!!! Thank goodness.
I feel like for my first day as General Manager of RAW I did a pretty damn good job.
Here's my roster after the draft: The Rock, Bret Hart, Steve Austin, Eddie Guerrero, Jim Neidhart, Mankind, Edge, Bam Bam Bigelow, Randy Orton, Dusty Rhodes, Ric Flair, Rob Van Dam, Melina, Lita, Trish Stratus, Mickie James, The Boogeyman, Torrie Wilson, Matt Hardy and Paul Burchill (he's a pirate!).
Mr McMahon sent a message to myself and Teddy Long after the match.
He said that 'WWE is the best sports entertainment company... yada yada yada… GM of the Year award goes to the brand with the highest ratings... if you lose your fired.'
So my first year as General Manager of RAW, my job is already on the line. Woop-de-doo. Anyways, I've gotta set up my match card for my first show. That's tomorrow!
Sincerely, RAW GM

First RAW after Wrestlemania is officially done.
Before I picked the card, I noticed that there were more faces than heels in the main event, so I traded Eddie Guerrero to SmackDown for Kurt Angle. Sad to see Eddie go, but I might do another trade to get him back in the future.
Here's what the card looked like:
HEAT - Matt Hardy vs Paul Burchill vs Boogeyman
RAW - Women's Championship - Melina vs Trish Stratus vs Torrie Wilson vs Mickie James - Bam Bam Bigelow vs Randy Orton - ADVERTISING PROMO - Rob Van Dam vs Edge w/ Lita - Kurt Angle vs Stone Cold in a Table Match - WWE CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH HYPE - Intercontinental Championship - Dusty Rhodes vs Ric Flair in a Submission Match - WWE Championship - The Rock w/ Mankind vs Bret Hart w/ Jim Neidhart in a Ladder Match
The women seem to be ridiculously unpopular, which is why they will be stuck at the bottom of the card. I mean, fair enough. Half of them have no wrestling skill, and just seem to be eye candy. Randy Orton challenged Bam Bam Bigelow so he could prove his 'Legend Killer' status. Rob Van Dam vs Edge w/ Lita is a match just to fill in a gap. Randy Orton and Edge are the tag champions, but they currently have no competition. Kurt Angle and Stone Cold are warming up for a #1 Contender's Match at Backlash. Dusty Rhodes vs Ric Flair just had to happen. The Rock and Bret Hart were the first two picks for RAW, of course they had to battle it out. Of course, they have their tag team counterparts by their side.
Anyways, that was my first card. Here were the results: - Torrie Wilson wins and becomes the Women's Champion! - Randy Orton wins using dirty tactics - Edge wins with strong help from Lita - Stone Cold puts Kurt Angle through a Table - Dusty Rhodes makes Ric Flair tap out - The Rock wins the WWE Championship in what was essentially a tag team match
I haven't found out the ratings yet, and I don't know the SmackDown results either. I'll tell you by the end of the week.
After the show, I was wondering who could possibly challenge Rated RKO for the tag titles? Then Bam Bam and RVD walked into my office demanding rematches. They were angry about how their opponents won. Of course, their opponents were Randy Orton and Edge. So I told them they could team up and challenge them for the tag titles. They agreed.
So it looks like there will be a new feud between Rated RKO and Team Rob Van Dam Dam Bigelow.
Jesus, it's tough being a general manager. But hopefully, my all-out first RAW will win over the fans. I don't want to get fired on my first year!
Anyways, it's been a long night. I'm going to sleep.
Sincerely, RAW GM

I'll probably watch their videos to inspire me and make my creative booking juices flow. Of course, I'll only watch Tyler Breeze since he actually knows what he's doing.

My 'all-out' card tactic did not work. I just checked WWE.com, and SmackDown gained +80,000 fans. That puts me 160,000 fans behind SD, and my job is in great danger already, just in the first week. SmackDown managed to get a 3.5 star show, whereas RAW only managed a 3-star show.
RAW RATINGS
Heat - Hardy def Boogeyman, Burchill - 2 star
Women's Championship - Wilson def. Stratus, Melina, James - 2.5 star Orton def Bigelow - 3 star Edge w/ Lita def RVD - 3 star Austin def Angle - 3.5 star Intercontinental Championship - Submission - Rhodes def. Flair - 3 star WWE Championship - Rock w/ Mankind def Hart w/ Neidhart - 4 star
SMACKDOWN RATINGS
Undertaker and Crazy def Carlito and Psicosis - 2.5 star Kennedy def Benoit - 2.5 star Table - Umaga def Booker T - 2.5 star Table - HBK def Mysterio, Cena, Perfect - 3.5 star Steel Cage - Batista and Eddie def HHH and Lashley - 3.5 star United States Championship - Bar Brawl - Hogan def Piper - 4 star
Two Table matches!? Two tag matches? A bar brawl for a championship?
This man's a genius!
