Outside of the battle royal winner (still believe Nyla is too green in the ring to be the Women's Champion, plus a tad unsafe: look how she eliminated Priscilla Kelly in the match, nearly killed her by not giving enough space from the apron) they were all the "proper" winners.
I don't like Private Party tbh. They seem like lesser versions of The Street Profits, and I already don't like them lol
Luchasaurus is going to be a Clucking star in the wrestling business. The guy, for as big as he is, can move amazingly. Give him someone that talks well and he could be AEW's Undertaker
PAC was the smart winner. Omega winning just would've made it really weak tbh. Besides, AEW desperately needs top tier heels and PAC suits that role rather well
triple threat was MOTN
Dark Order are a phenomenal tag team, and that match was a great case for it. Evil Uno is undoubtedly one of the best wrestlers in modern wrestling when it comes to Psychology, he is a true old school worker. Almost an Arn Anderson, not in terms of gimmick or look but in terms of being a top tier in-ring worker.
missed Riho vs Hikaru tbh, was burnt out on the previous matches. Not to knock those two, but it was basically just a guarantee that Riho won, who will then lose to Nyla
Cody vs Spears was about as expected. nothing too special, but nothing bad either.
Lucha Bros vs Young Bucks was honestly disappointing. Fun, but...lacking. Like, to hear meltz say it is the best ladder match of all time is ridiculous, ESPECIALLY with the very, very dishonorable thing they pulled of removing the mask. Doing that in Mexico would mean they weren't leaving the arena w/o police escorts, and TYB are supposed to be faces. not a good look...
Jericho was the right choice. he should be the one they build around tbh, since page is wayyyyyyy too green and not ready at all for the main event

Jericho is a great choice as first champ. He's a veteran, he knows what he's doing, and he can also put younger talent over too.
